Livello 2 Rock climbing
You are able to rock climb up to UIAA Grade III as second, you have experience on via ferrata and/or short and simple climbs to reach the summit. Your hiking level is EEA
You have a medium level of fitness and you can walk for 4/5 hours on undulating terrain at a constant pace. You can tackle 500/800 m differences in altitude both uphill and downhill. You are also able to carry a backpack with everything you need for the day (approx. 7 kg).

You are able to follow the trails leading to huts, i.e. to complete Level E excursions
Your fitness level is medium-low, you are not used to sustained aerobic activities and the most you can do is a 2/3-hour walk. This fitness level only allows you to take part in certain courses (rock climbing, ARTVA, snow and avalanches), with little aerobic activity.
